Rammax Trench roller RW 1504
The RW 1504 is the most powerful walk-behind trench
roller of the RAMMAX range.
As a result of the various options the trench roller offers,
the customer is in the position to receive a trench
roller which has been individually composed to meet
his needs.
This machine can be optionally delivered with manual
steering or with different kinds of remote controls.
That way the customer can always choose the trench
roller which fits best to his demand.

High performance
• Powerful Hatz diesel engine with improved injection
system for enhanced performance in any situation.
• 86 kN compaction force through central vibration
system.
• Planetary gear box in each drum for maximum power
transmission and a long lifetime.
Functional reliability
• Solar infrared remote control. No need to charge at a
battery charger. Permanent readiness for operation.
The transmitter is charged by solar cells while working.
• HF system: Two independently operating steering systems
(manual and IR remote controlled). Even if the
transmitter is lost or damaged the trench roller can
be operated through the manual levers.

Safety
• Safe operation from outside dangerous areas on the
remote controlled versions (-HF/ -HK/ -HFK).
• Obligatory intervisibility – no danger for man and
machine.
• Low and far distance safety shut down (<1,5m / > 24m).
Maintenance-free
• The machine (except the diesel engine) is fully maintenance-
free. No lubrication points, no V-belts.
• No joints susceptible to abrasion.
• Central lifting hook attached to the main frame helps
to reduce stress on the rubber-mounts during loading.
